Baked Ziti

                  8 oz. dry ziti pasta                          6 oz. mozzarella cheese

                 1/2 lb. lean ground beef                  3/4 cup sour cream

                 1/2 onion chopped                          1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese

                 1 (28 oz) jar spaghetti sauce          1/8 cup chopped fresh basil

Cook pasta.  In a large skillet, brown beef.  Add onions; sauté until tender.  Drain off fat

and add spaghetti sauce; simmer for about 15 minutes then add sour cream.   Preheat

oven to 350 degrees.   In a lightly greased 1-quart baking dish, place about half of the

pasta; spread on a layer of half the spaghetti sauce mixture,  top with 1/2 of the mozzarella cheese.

   Cover with remaining pasta, sauce, and cheese; sprinkle a layer of parmesan

cheese and fresh basil.  Bake in a preheated oven for about 30 minutes or until cheese

and sauce are bubbly; serve
