2-3 chicken breasts                                    2 cans cream of chicken

             1 packet Italian dressing mix
                or 2 Tbs Italian Seasonings                     1 brick cream cheese, softened
             ½ cup water

Place chicken breasts in crockpot.  Whisk together cream of chicken, Italian dressing mix, cream cheese, and water then pour over chicken in crockpot.  Cover and cook on high 3-4 hours or on low 7-8 hours.  Serve over rice or pasta.

Place Chicken in Instant Pot sprayed with cooking spray.  Mix ingredients together and pour over chicken.  Manual Pressure on High, select 30 minutes for the time.  Quick release.  Serve over rice or pasta.
